Event Policy

By attending any events, hosted by Rosary Walk SD, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

This event is offered free of charge. The event organizer is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by attendees in connection with attending the event.
 

2. Cancellation Policy
The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event at any time due to weather conditions, safety concerns, low attendance, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

By attending, you agree that the organizer is not responsible for any inconvenience, expenses, or damages resulting from such changes or cancellations, and attendees waive any right to pursue legal action.
 

3. Assumption of Risk
Attendance and participation in this event are voluntary. You acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and assume all responsibility for your safety and well-being.
 

4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organizer, hosts, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the event.
 

5. Personal Responsibility
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings and conduct. Please exercise caution and respect others while participating.
 

6. Photo & Media Release
By attending this event, you grant the event organizer and its representatives permission to photograph and record you, whether by phone or professional camera.

You agree that your image, likeness, and voice may be used in photos, videos, or other media for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and future event materials, without compensation.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the final media and release the organizer from any claims related to the use of such content.
 

7. Agreement
By attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and waiver.
